School Admissions

If after visiting the website you feel that Notre Dame School might be appropriate for your child, please feel free to call the school to set up a tour. We have an annual open house held during Catholic Schools Week in late January or early February. We would love to show you our school and answer any questions you might have. Please know that all admissions require a completed application form with current educational records. If after reviewing these records the student looks to be a good fit, we will schedule a preplacement visit. We have limited spaces available and admissions are considered based on the date of application. Please feel free to call if you have any further questions or would like to schedule a tour.

In addition to the Application you will also need to provide us with the most recent testing and educational records.You will need Adobe Reader to view the Application.
