Lower School- Intermediate
In lower school classes, students concentrate on individual achievement through
a combination of academics and functional living skills. In addition to the
standard curriculum, students receive integrated speech therapy.
When students
move into the Intermediate program (ages 11 - 15), they are grouped according to
functional ability and change classes for their different subjects. Daily
academic subjects include: reading, language arts, math, science, and social
studies. Music, speech, library, PE, daily living skills and religion are also
in a week's studies.
