Notre Dame School works with Ren Web and FACTS to provide parents with options for payment of tuition and fees. FACTS gives families a better way to manage education costs over time.
With a FACTS Payment Plan, families can choose between several convenient payment options to suit their needs. FACTS also gives families a variety of payment options so that all incidental expenses (bus fees, lunch, extra-curricular fees, after-school care) can be charged to FACTS accounts, providing a comprehensive record of school expenses all in one place. Notre Dame Home and School Association (HSA)
Much like a PTA, the Notre Dame School HSA provides support to the staff and families of Notre Dame through fellowship, fun and educational support activities.
The dues for the 2017-2018 school year are $35. The HSA holds 2 large fundraisers each year – the Fall Carnival and the Spring Show.
HSA Dues plus the money raised from these 2 events, provide added support to the teachers and staff. Each year, the HSA provides flu shots to all of the faculty and staff as well as small gifts during Teacher Appreciation Day.
The HSA also provides volunteers for events throughout the school year. This is a great way to meet other parents and it provides an opportunity to come together as a community and support each other as we navigate the waters of raising children with special needs.
Your involvement is an essential part of the success the HSA. Our goal is 100% participation. The percentage of HSA members vs. enrollment is information that is used when the school applies for grants.

Affair of the Heart Event
An Affair of the Heart is the annual Dinner & Auction that raises the majority of the money needed for the current school year’s operating budget. The tuition for the 2019/2020 school year is $9,750 but the actual cost of educating each child is over $18,000. The school must raise over $1.5 million each year to bridge this gap. Our goal each year is to raise $450,000 at the Affair of the Heart. An Affair of the Heart 2019 will be held on November 2nd at the Renaissance Dallas Hotel.
What can you do to help at Affair of the Heart?
- You can attend the event. All parents receive an invitation to attend.
- You can solicit for donations both monetary or to the silent and live auctions.
- You can donate money or items to the event.
- You can volunteer to help with the event.
